Our logo was printed with wrong color and TOO small!

We bought the white coffee mugs and used our standard BLUE logo. However, we received a case of coffee mugs that the logo is SILVER (not blue) and doesn't even show up on the WHITE background of the mug. Besides that, the logo is about half the size that we expected. Now we have 36 white mugs that we can't use. We needed these for our promotional giveaway which is now 8 days away.

We're terribly sorry the color and print of the mugs did not turn out as expected. In an effort to help, we've issued a merchandise credit to your account for the mugs. You may create a new mug and use the credit to place a new order. The credit is valid for a year - TGR
