Please accept our sincerest apology for the roll labels that you received. This is not the Vistaprint experience we want you to have. Upon carefully checking, the design should be recreated by re-uploading a new artwork with improved text details that will be legible enough once printed. And as a one-time courtesy, we have issued a merchandise credit on the item cost and an email has been sent to confirm this. You may use the credit to place a new order. We will forward your feedback to the relevant team for review and improvement.
