My order was incorrect, however, the customer service representative promptly refunded the amount & issued a new order for the correct request. The 16 oz ceramic mugs are beautiful, well done, and we're delivered in a well protected box with appropriate packing. Thank you.

Mugs are great, but the printing was not.

After a couple of washings, we notice the printing was fading and then noticed parts were missing. We checked the printing and scratched off the printing. Now one mug is completely white. The entire printing is gone.
