G Project: Highlights from the Summit in the Jungle
Driven by a passion to build a sustainable, scalable social world, this year’s Summit brought together global thought leaders committed to providing supportive solutions to local and global problems in one of Costa Rica’s most idyllic settings
This week, the Looptail is coming to you live from outside the gates of Costa Rica’s _Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio from our first-ever Summit in the Jungle. __As part of the G Project, the Summit brought together four visionaries to hone their ideas and pitch them to G Adventures founder Bruce Poon Tip, and a panel consisting of Planeterra’s Paula Vlamings, the UN’s Oliver Hillel and responsible tourism advocate Jamie Sweeting. Together, they chose the boldest idea with the greatest potential to make our planet just a little more perfect. The winner will be announced on September 23, at this year’s Future of Tourism — and will earn $25,000 in funding. _
