Located on the Tambopata River in the Peruvian Amazon, our exclusive G Lodge Amazon is comfortable and intimate. Enjoy excursions by expert naturalists to spot wildlife at nearby oxbow lakes and clay licks. Explore by canoe or on dry land trails, swim in the lodge’s cool stream, or strap on a harness and rope up to tree platforms for a bird’s eye view of the forest. Really experience the Amazon to the fullest by spending two nights camping in the jungle—get even closer to nature!

Arrive at the Puerto Maldonado airport and meet the naturalist guide to journey to the jungle lodge, spotting wildlife en route. Before dinner, head out for a night walk around the lodge.
Enjoy guided excursions led by expert naturalists to spot wildlife at nearby oxbow lakes and along jungle trails. Head upriver for an unforgettable camping experience.
Stake out the clay lick to witness the sights and sounds of the macaws and parrots feeding on the minerals and salts of the clay. Explore the area, hiking different trails, with the naturalist guide.
Return to the lodge and hike to an oxbow lake, rich in bird and aquatic life. In the evening, go searching for caiman (alligators) and other nocturnal animals by canoe along the Tambopata River.
After breakfast, return by canoe to Puerto Maldonado and transfer to the airport for departure.
