Time-Lapse Tuesday: the Eiffel Tower

At 324m (1,063 ft) tall, the Eiffel Tower is the tallest structure in Paris. At the time of construction, it beat out the Washington Monument to become the tallest man-made structure in the world, and held tight to that title for 41 years.

No visit to Paris is complete without a tip of the hat to this engineering marvel.
