My Vista Account

Three great brands. One account. You can now easily access our brands with a Vista account: VistaPrint, VistaCreate, and 99Designs by Vista.

What's changing?

New customers signing up on and after September 28, 2022 will automatically have a Vista account.

If you are a current customer with one or more brand accounts:

  • One account. Nothing. You'll be able to use your existing email and password across all three brands.
  • Multiple account with the same email. When you sign in, we'll help you reset to a single password. Then, you'll use your email and password across all three brands.
  • Multiple accounts with different emails. Nothing at this time. We're not currently able to merge accounts with different emails.

As a result of this change, we’re updating our General Terms & Conditions and Privacy & Cookie Policy. Please read more about the key updates below.

When will this change happen?

September 28, 2022

What if I don't want to access other brands?

No worries! You don't have to. But if you decide to later on, your Vista account will let you do so easily.

Does this mean one checkout for all brands?

Not yet. You'll continue to checkout with each brand separately.

How will I manage my account?

For now, you'll manage almost everything with each individual brand:

  • Payment method
  • Saved addresses
  • Order history
  • Projects
  • Email opt-in settings

What if I can’t log in to my current account with my email address and password?

Please contact our support team and they can assist you.

What if I have questions?

Am I agreeing to anything by creating this new account?

Your email opt-in settings will remain the same, unless you choose to change them. Refer to our updated Vista Terms and Conditions, and Privacy & Cookie Policy for more information.
